  Year 5 and Year 6 West Stow trip! 🍃

  Year 5 and 6 had a great day at West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village. We found out about how the replica houses have been built using evidence found on the site. Archaeologists built the replicas to test out theories of what the houses may have looked like. It was interesting to go into each house and imagine what it would have been like to live there. We also spent time in the museum looking at artefacts that were found in the area, such as combs, brooches, knives and bones. It was fun to dress up in some Anglo-Saxon styled clothing too!
