    KS1 Share Afternoon 🍃🍂

The Hedgehogs, Hares and Woodpeckers enjoyed welcoming their Mummies, Daddies and carers into school on Friday for their share afternoon. The children spent time with their adults in the orchard, engaging with nature and taking time out to observe, hunt and do some planting! The adults were able to see their children learning through play, exploring nature and building relationships with their peers as they were turn taking and negotiating. The children had such a lovely afternoon that they didn't want it to end! Thank you to all the parents who joined us on Friday, the children loved having you in school!

Forest School - A children in need special! 🧸🍃🍂

On Friday we celebrated children in need and raised money by coming into school looking 'spotacular!' In the afternoon, the children had a 'spotacular' challenge to complete. They had to help Pudsey and Acey find Pudsey's spots and help Acey to create a picture of Pudsey. The children worked together to outline Pudsey's face with skipping ropes and then to fill it in with yellow leaves before finally adding his spots! There was lots of team work to be seen as well as children creating their own 'spotacular' challenges such as 'how many goals can you score in 5 minutes!'

    Remembrance Church Service ⛪🌹

On Tuesday afternoon we all braved the rainy weather and walked to the church for our afternoon remembrance service. We came together to remember those who had fought in the war and had given their lives. It was lovely to come together as a school and listen to Mrs Squirrell, Reverend Eric and the readings that were beautifully presented by years 5 and 6. It was especially special to see the display of the children's relatives who had served in the war. The children enjoyed spotting their relatives who were pegged up around the church.

  • Bramford Back to Winning Ways with 5 - 2 Victory

Wed 02 Nov 2022 Mr Becker

Bramford welcomed Dale Hall to our school this week in our first IPPSA Football League match of the Year. Our team brought together Year 5 and 6 boys for this home match in which the team won 5 - 2.

The team played incredibly well, demonstrating lots of our ACE particles such as 'sharing and caring', with the boys taking turns to play and cheer their teammates on.
