GB Paralympian visit! 🏂🎿

On Wednesday we had an exciting visit from Sean Rose the GB Paralympian skier to help every class complete, with the greatest enthusiasm, the fitness circuit challenge.  It was a lot of fun with superb spotty dogs and star jumps, precise planks and super squats!

Once the challenge was completed we came together for an afternoon assembly where Sean told us about his inspirational life story.  He encouraged us all to not give up and dream BIG.  We can all have aspirations whatever difficulties we come up against in our lives.  We must always have dreams and believe we can achieve.
