Wear odd socks for anti-bullying week! 🧦

This morning we had a special assembly which was led by Mrs Pearl to help us to think about anti bullying week. We talked about being respectful and what this means. We also talked about treating others with respect. We discussed how bullying is when someone is disrespected over and over again and how this can make people feel. Mrs pearl talked about how this can happen face to face and online. It is never ok to disrespect or bully other children, adults or anyone else. Mrs pearl also talked about how people are sometimes bullied for looking different or being different. This is the reason why we are wearing our odd socks, to remind us that some people may be slightly different to us, but this is ok and we must always respect other people’s differences.
