U11s boys and girls football match V Moorland ⚽
Yesterday afternoon both the our girls and boys U11 boys Football Teams were in action against Morland Primary School.
With great optimism the boys began their match. But it was unlucky that they conceded a goal quite early on in the first half. Then success, they levelled soon after but once again fell behind with a good goal from the opposition. Morland's lead did not last long as the Bramford team were determined and persevered to equalise a second time to take the score 2:2. Well into the second half of the match, the boys came through as a team and enabled a hat trick of goals. The final score ended 3:2. A great team effort and an ACE comeback!
The girls then continued the hard work in the second match of the afternoon. Players put in a solid performance. They had a close fought and well contested game. With both sides playing some ACE football. Bramford did well to prevent the opposition from scoring and the girls managed to hold Morland's team to a 0:0 draw.
Some fabulous play from each individual playing today!
Thank you to all the parents who spectated. Mr Vickers and Mrs Harvey as always we thank you for your time and coaching. We are very proud of the way both our teams performed, their sportsmanship and their attitude throughout.
